Role: Graduate Trainee Engineer

Company Criteria:

• CGPA: 7 and above (NO Active Backlog)
• CTC: INR 6.34 Lacs ATR + 1.75 Lacs Sign on bonus (2 yr claw back)

Process:

• Round 1: Online Assessment
• Round 2: Group Discussion
• Round 3: Technical Round:
• Concept-driven and practical. Questions covered core fundamentals like SQL, OOPS, problem-solving scenarios, and project discussion. The interviewers were interested in understanding how I think, design solutions, and apply concepts to real-world problems rather than just theoretical answers.
• Round 4: Managerial Round:
• Focused on situational and behavioral questions, which tested decision-making, adaptability, teamwork, and ethical thinking.
• Round 5: HR Round:
• Conversational and focused on motivation, long-term goals, and cultural alignment with the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Strong passion for technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. 
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• CGPA of 8 or above. 
• Strong SQL coding skills and proficiency in at least one programming language  (.NET, Java, Python, etc.).
